CIT's 1st - Explore Engineering! Event

On Sunday, February 19th CIT held the first Explore Engineering! Event. Estimates on attendance was 800-900 people ~500 kids! Along with 20-30 various types of experiments available for the children, MSE had a table manned by student volunteers from the department.  It was an afternoon packed with kids enjoying hands-on demonstrations, talking with real scientists and interactive activities. The event was planned to open young minds by exposing kids to a variety of engineering disciplines.
