MSE Receives Two State-of-the-Art Scanning Electron Microscopes

Carnegie Mellon University has received two brand new scanning electron microscopes (SEMs) as part of a collaboration between the Department of Materials Sciences and Engineering and the Aspex Product Group from FEI, a global provider of microscopy workflows and solutions. These microscopes will continue to drive research in advanced materials and aid in undergraduate education in microscopy.
