Overview

Andrew Calendar allows you to name, or to be named as a Designate. A Designate is someone who can view, modify or reply to entries for another Andrew Calendar account holder. This feature is especially useful for managers who may want to name a Designate(s) to schedule their meetings and other tasks.

Through Andrew Calendar, you can set Access Rights to anyone who views your Agenda pages. Access rights are based on the Access Level you assigned to your Entries. There are four Access levels: Normal, Confidential, Personal, and Public.
