CDFD coordinates the university's real estate leasing process. All real estate leases (including new leases and amendments to existing leases) for which Carnegie Mellon is the tenant must go through the university's Real Estate Lease Approval Process.

Approval Sheet
All university leases should use the Real Estate Lease Approval Sheet. The Approval Sheet is designed to guarantee that all of the Carnegie Mellon offices requied to review a lease have approved the lease document before it is submitted to the Chief Financial Officer for signature on behalf of Carnegie Mellon.
