Steps for Arranging Virtual Interviews

1. Interview Date

Choose a date and at least two alternate dates. Then contact the associate director of recruiting at lurso@andrew.cmu.edu or request a date directly in the Masters Career Center Recruiting Portal.

2. Presentation Date

Corporate presentation dates can be requested in the Masters Career Center Recruiting Portal (normally scheduled at least 30 days prior to the interview date).

3. Forms and Job Descriptions

After your OCR date is confirmed, please enter details in the recruiting portal and email your job descriptions to Lynn Urso at lurso@andrew.cmu.edu at least six weeks prior to the interview date.

We offer several suggestions to assist you in filling immediate openings. With our recruiting system, the Masters Career Center Recruiting Portal, you have access to:

• Job Postings: If you have a position that needs to be posted, please register and post a job in the recruiting portal. We can promote opportunities directly to students and/or alumni. Interested students will apply by either being directed to your website or an email address you provide.
• Resume Books and Profile Searches: Resume books are located, at no cost, in the Masters Career Center Recruiting Portal. By accessing the system, you may search online resume books and student profiles to locate candidates to suit your needs.
