Get to Know Saleh

"After completing my undergrad in mechanical engineering, I joined an engineering consulting firm, mostly working on establishing knowledge management processes across the projects. I did not stay in Engineering as what I realized I truly enjoyed was the application of critical thinking and the logical process that I could take into a business.

"As a result, I went into venture capital where I’ve spent two years working with early-stage ICT startups and enjoyed solving business problems, leveraging both my analytical and business knowledge to help our portfolio companies grow their business. All these experiences culminated in joining my own family business, an investment and development company focused on real estate.

"I chose Tepper because of two main aspects. First, I believe the future-focused approach would provide me the required skill set to be an impactful leader in transforming business environments. Secondly, the smaller class sizes are enabling me to build close, trusting relationships with my fellow students which is a vital element for me to start my career in the USA."
