Dynamic Models of Corporate Finance

This is a PhD course intended for doctoral students in finance, economics, and related fields. We will study dynamic quantitative models of corporate investment, financing, and related decisions. The topics will be primarily in the area of corporate finance, broadly defined. The course will focus around two main objectives: 1. to develop the tools necessary to solve and estimate dynamic quantitative models; 2. to understand the issues, debates, and methods of research in this area. The tools we develop will form a basis for producing original research on these topics.
