Being a student at Carnegie Mellon University can be stressful, and stress impacts learning. There’s no doubt about it. We all need some stress in our lives, as it gives us motivation to complete tasks and succeed, but too much stress can affect your physical and mental health. It’s important to recognize the symptoms of stress and take measures to add more peace and balance to your life.
