Get Connected to Religious & Spiritual Life Initiatives

There are many ways to get involved in Religious & Spiritual Life at Carnegie Mellon. Students connect to us  in a variety of ways depending on what they are seeking! See below for some possibilities! If you still aren't sure where to begin, contact Mandy Best or Jonny Cagwin to set up a meeting or fill out our RSLI Communication Form!

  • If you are hoping to join a student organization affiliated with a particular Religious, Secular, or Spiritual Identity, visit our Student Organization Page or attend The Fair at the beginning of each semester
  • If you are looking for a local house of worship or faith community outside of CMU, visit our Local Houses of Worship page or connect with a member of the Council of Religious Advisors
  • If you would like to plan or participate in Interfaith Events or Dialogue, consider joining the Council of Religious Students, or The Interfaith Spirituality Embassy (INSPIRE)
  • If you would like to be trained as an Interfaith Advocate, check out The Sit Together Project
  • If you would like to discuss resources and accommodations available based on your Religious, Secular or Spiritual Identity, please set up a meeting with Mandy Best or Jonny Cagwin
  • If you still aren't sure where to start, or if you'd just like to chat about your Religious, Secular, or Spiritual journey, contact Mandy Best or Jonny Cagwin to schedule a meeting
