The Pittsburgh Equality Center (formerly GLCC)
Services: The PEC provides LGBTQ+ individuals, their families and supporters in Western Pennsylvania with resources and opportunities to promote visibility, understanding, and equality within the LGBTQ+ communities and the community at large.

Parents, Family And Friends Of Gay And Lesbians (PFLAG), Pittsburgh Chapter
Services: Promotes the health and well-being of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender youth by support groups, community education programs, and advocacy to end discrimination. Also offers support services to family and friends of gay and lesbian individuals.

Services: Provides counseling to Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender individuals as well as HIV+ individuals and their family members. PERSAD is able to offer counseling services to individuals regardless of their ability to pay and will not turn anyone down for services.

GLENDA: Gay And Lesbian Neighborhood Development Association
Services: Provides projects each month dedicated to promoting diversity through community service.

The Center for Lesbian and Gay Civil Rights
Services: The Center advocates equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Pennsylvanians through direct legal services, education and policy reform.

Project Silk
Services: An innovative program directed towards black and latino young men who have sex with men (YMSM) and young transgender individuals (YTG) 13-29 years old, and their varied sexual partners, in the Pittsburgh Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Garden of Peace Project
Services: Created to uplift, uphold, and empower the narratives and lived experiences of LGBTQIA+ individuals and to address the lack of education, employment, healthcare, and housing, and the violence that impacts all LGBTQIA+ individuals.

UPMC Gender and Sexual Development Program

Central Outreach Wellness Center
Services: Located on the North Side, they provide transgender hormone replacement therapy, PrEP, HIV/AIDS treatment, and STI/STD testing.

Metro Community Health Center
Services: MCHC has provided health care for over a decade, with physicians who specialize in family practice, geriatrics, women’s health, HIV and LGBT comprehensive care, and integrated behavioral health.

Fair Moans
A sex positive collective working together since 2015, born out of the need for more accessible, inclusive sex education and discussion. We specialize in products that are body-safe, for all bodies, and locally made gear and accessories.


The Trevor Helpline
Services: The Trevor Hotline is a 24-hour, toll free, 365 day-a-year confidential suicide hotline for gay, lesbian, transgender and questioning youth.

LGBT Youth in Crisis Hotline
Services: Youth serving youth through age 25. Peer counseling, information, and local resources. 

Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Helpline
Services: The Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Hotline provides telephone and email peer counseling, as wells as factual information and local resources for cities and towns across the United States.

Trans Lifeline
Services: A trans suicide hotline staffed by all trans volunteers.
