Bio

I began my career at CMU in 2014.

I manage the FMCS Service Response Center (SRC) and am responsible for the centralized oversight of the administrative personnel.  I’m also the primary liaison between FMCS and the University community, ensuring that our group provides the highest level of customer service.  I am very passionate about my job and the effects it has on the overall success of Carnegie Mellon University!
