Summer Dining Options

You may be wondering where on earth can you get lunch on campus this summer with all of the renovations going on. Well, here is a brief update on what's open and what's not.

One side of the Cohon Center Marketplace is closed currently, as the business between commencement and pre-college does not support having all of our campus dining locations open.

Back Bar Grill, Taste of India and Virginia’s (serving a Schatz-style menu) are all open for lunch in the Marketplace. In and around the Cohon Center, Au Bon Pain, El Gallo de Oro and the Tartan Express food truck are all open for lunch. In total across campus, sixteen dining locations are open for lunch Monday- Friday, and seven of those locations are open later ranging from 5p – 9p.

The hours of operation page allows you to filter and see what is open by building on the date or date range that you choose. This is a great tool for seeing what is open on campus.

Once pre-college starts in July, some dining locations will expand their hours and Resnik Servery will re-open as an all-you-care-to eat dining location. Resnik is open primarily for pre-college and SAMS, but it is open to the community. I will have that live on our website the 3rd week of June.

The pop-ups will begin in July. Our Associate Director is finalizing menus and set up with the participating vendors and we should have that marketing in place by mid-June.
