Title: Making a Gaming Company in India

In today's global economy, the opportunities for building amazing products exist everywhere, including fast growing markets like India. It includes being able to bring together a great team, prioritizing features, iterating on the product in an agile manner and having a good understanding of the existing market. Can we make products better by removing features than adding them? How to learn from mistakes in product cycle and use them as pointers to improve the product? This talk gets into details of building a successful gaming product in India, taking an idea from a concept to a final product, and innovating to create a sustainable product.
