Requests to use Posner Center for events or meetings are coordinated by the University Libraries in consultation with the President's Office.

Approved Events
  • Board of Trustees meetings
  • VIP receptions
  • Distinguished guest seminars
  • Workshops/Colloquiums
  • Faculty Senate meetings
  • Advisory Board meetings for schools and departments

Non-Approved Events
  • Student gatherings
  • Regularly scheduled academic courses, seminars, research group meetings, or thesis proposals
  • Private functions including wedding receptions, graduation celebrations, or family reunions
