OIE Launches MyOIE e-Forms

OIE has launched the first phase of its electronic form submission (e-forms) portal, or MyOIE. Students and administrators will have separate access points.

As a pilot, current international F-1/J-1 students can do the following in MyOIE only in the event of a change:

  • Submit updated passport information to OIE
  • Add multiple emergency contact(s)
  • Confirm city and country of birth

Changes to address and contact information should still be submitted through Student Information Online (SIO). Graduated F-1 students on OPT will continue to follow the instructions on the OPT Reporting webpage and incoming students will follow the process outlined on the Coming to Carnegie Mellon webpage

Departmental administrators can submit I-20 or DS-2019 document requests for new F-1/J1 international students in the MyOIE portal. Departments will continue to submit paper requests for J-1 scholar/intern requests.

Over the course of the next year, OIE will continue to roll out additional e-forms in MyOIE for both students and administrators.
