Erin Swift

As a Study Abroad Coordinator in the Office of International Education, Erin Swift advises students in the Dietrich College of Humanities and Social Sciences, the School of Computer Science, the Tepper School of Business, and the Heinz College. She also advises incoming international Pre-College students.

Erin earned her Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University, where she studied Spanish and International Development. As an undergraduate student, Erin studied abroad both in Quito, Ecuador and Rosario, Argentina. Since graduation, she has taught both English and Spanish in Ohio, Spain, and South Korea. Most recently, she completed a Fulbright Fellowship in Brazil, where she taught English at two public universities.

Erin's diverse experiences abroad, as a student and beyond, have led to a longstanding passion for international education, and she truly enjoys encouraging and assisting CMU students who seek to study abroad.
