Class of 2023

Salintip (Apple) Supasanya graduated from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and a concentration in Value Investing. During her undergraduate studies, she participated in Credit Suisse Leveraged Buyout Case Competition and Point72 Asset Management Case Competition, which she received second and third places, respectively. From case competitions, Apple found her interest in finance, particularly in stock pitches and market research. Before joining the MSCF program, she interned at Credit Suisse as a Sales and Trading summer analyst, where she developed a pricing tool for Swap over Futures products and helped traders speed up the process of quoting commissions. She was fascinated by the increasing needs of quantitative and engineering methodologies in finance and trading. Therefore, Apple joined the MSCF program to strengthen her mathematical and computational skills and to learn how to apply them to the financial markets. Upon graduation, she intends to pursue a career in sales and trading, quantitative trading, and quantitative research.
