Metro21’s Director, Raj Rajkumar, Moderates Conversation at Tepper Quad's Grand Opening

The Tepper Quad Grand Opening starts on Thursday, September 13 with a dedication ceremony and the official unveiling of the Tepper Quad followed by an open house, tours and a community lunch.

The party doesn’t stop there! On Friday, September 14, the Tepper School of Business Presents INTERSECT@CMU: The Future of Business, Technology and Society Conference. The event starts with breakfast in the Tepper Quad followed by opening remarks from President Farnam Jahanian and Tepper School of Business Dean Bob Dammon.

Following opening remarks, Metro21’s Director, Raj Rajkumar will be moderating the conversation “At the Intersection of Technology and Business: Smart Home, Smart Car, Smart City” from 9:30 – 10:45 a.m in the Simmons Auditorium. This will be a dynamic conversation with senior technology leaders who will focus on how the projects they oversee will converge to transform the way we live. Projects discussed will include integrating intelligence into digital assistants, autonomous vehicles and a new grid composed of 5G, IoT, edge-computing and electricity infrastructure.
