Quick survey to help CMU improve two-factor authentication

Dear Carnegie Mellon community members,

As previously announced, Computing Services recently introduced its new Two-Factor Authentication service (2fa). Researchers at Carnegie Mellon University Cylab are interested in understanding how you perceive such systems and ask you to take a few moments to answer a quick survey.

Participation is completely voluntary and anonymized. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to help us and CMU learn how to better serve you in the future.

Use the link below to complete a brief online consent form and access the survey hosted on Survey Gizmo.

The survey will be available for two weeks. Everyone can take it. It does not matter if you have already enrolled for 2fa or not.

For more information regarding the 2fa service, visit cmu.edu/computing/2fa/.

Continue to direct questions or comments regarding the 2fa service to the Computing Services Help Center at it-help@cmu.edu or 412-268-HELP.

Thank you,
