Bio

Haleigh Bartos comes to IPS with more than a decade of experience working in Washington, DC in policy and at various NGOs. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work, both from the University of Pittsburgh. Haleigh’s area of research is sub-Saharan Africa. She has published in the Journal of International Women’s Studies.
