Emily Baddock is the Executive Director of the Carnegie Mellon University Washington Semester Program (CMU/WSP) and a three time Carnegie Mellon alumna. Emily received her BS in International Relations and Politics in 2012 (from Dietrich), her MS in Public Policy and Management in 2013 (from Heinz), and her MBA in Industrial Administration in 2019 (from Tepper). As an undergraduate at CMU, she participated in the CMU/WSP.
Previously, Emily served as a Senior Research Associate at the CMU Center for International Relations and Politics and a Teaching Assistant for a variety of graduate and undergraduate policy courses. She served as a Data Management Consultant for the World Bank's Office of Good Governance and completed internships with the U.S. Department of State, Grow Pittsburgh, and the American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania.
