Seeking a career in health care requires a great deal of time, energy and commitment. For those who are at the early stages of exploring the possibility of a career in heath care, ExploreHealthCareers.org is an ideal place to start learning about various career opportunities in health care.

At CMU, the Career and Professional Development Center offers a series of assessments of personality, strengths and interests, including Myers-Briggs, Clifton StrengthsFinder, and Strong Interest Inventory®, which may assist you in determining a suitable profession. 

At any stage in the process, whether a freshman or CMU alum, you are welcome and encouraged to discuss your interests with Dr. D'Antonio. We also encourage you to pursue opportunities to shadow a healthcare professional in order to gain first-hand knowledge of your intended field.  To arrange an appointment send a request with your availabilty to hpp-office@andrew.cmu.edu.
