Carnegie Mellon University

Move-in for upper-class students is August 24 through August 30, 2020

Move-in information is available on the Housing Services Coronavirus website.

Welcome back.

We hope you're excited to start another year at Carnegie Mellon University! You can find all your need-to-know information about moving in here, but feel free to email us with any other questions.

At this time, Carnegie Mellon is planning for fall 2020 semester classes to begin in Pittsburgh on August 31 as a hybrid model of instruction, which will deliver both in-person and remote teaching and learning. Plans for Move-In and on-campus housing are under development and we will communicate updates with returning students and families as information becomes available. Get the most up-to-date information on Carnegie Mellon’s response to the coronavirus.
