We want to offer a moment of pause to practice mindfulness, by offering a quick introduction to a resource that is free and readily accessible to all CMU community members:  Headspace. As the #1 mindfulness and meditation app with over 2,500 CMU active members already, Headspace can be a resource you can use to increase self-awareness and the mind-body connection, to support rest and relaxation, and to increase your focus and concentration, among other things. Each attendee will receive a free set of CMU Headspace earbuds and everyone will be entered into a raffle to win fun wellbeing prizes and goodies.
