Information for Students Presenting Posters
- Your poster should be approximately 30” x 40” (about 76 cm x 102 cm). If you need more space, let us know. If you are transporting your poster, try not to fold it.
- Your poster must include a headline strip that runs the full width of the poster. Include the title, authors, and affiliations on the strip. Title should be written in letters not less than 1” high.
- Post the abstract below the headline strip (in the upper left-hand corner if your poster has two columns).
- You may bring small 1-sheet copies of your poster, 8 1/2 × 11” (22 cm x 28 cm), to hand out to interested consortium members.
- We will provide pushpins to use to mount your poster on the board.
