GSAC Summer Seminar Series

Every summer, GSAC invites faculty to speak about their experiences and enlighten students about topics that interest them in the Summer Seminar Series. These talks are meant to be a break from the usual research-based talks given during the school year (and also a free lunch!).

Past talks:

Prof Bryan Weber - "How materials have shaped the history of Pittsburgh"

Prof. Greg Rohrer - "The mechanics of publishing your work"

Prof. Tony Rollett - "How I ended up as a manager in a national lab"

Prof. Yoosuf Picard - "How to get a post-doc ANYWHERE you want"

Prof. Liz Holm - "Countermeasures for counterfeit money"
