The Skibo Circle

The Skibo Circle recognizes philanthropic leaders who contribute $500,000 to $999,999 to the university during their lifetimes or through their estates. Members are invited into the society by the CMU president. They receive priority communication from university leadership, are invited to special events throughout the year and can specify degrees of anonymity and participation in the society to ensure their privacy.

The Skibo Circle is named for the Scottish castle where Andrew Carnegie lived.
