Hardware Support Services

ITS provides maintenance and repair of hardware on machines that are owned by the university.

ITS staff will diagnose errors related to hardware functioning and, in situations when machines are under warranty, provide a liaison service to the manufacturer. ITS has an agreement with Dell that allows us to receive requested parts the next business day. Concerning laptops, the vendor typically sends a repair agent to campus the following business day.

For non-Dell facilitized machines, ITS will attempt to repair the problem on site and/or coordinate repairs with the university Computer Store.
