Join us for the Best Vegetarian Dish on Campus Sampling and Competition!

October is National Vegetarian Month! Join us on Thursday, October 5 from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm in Rangos 2 and 3 located in the Cohon Center, for a tasting of the most delicious plant-based dishes on campus and cast your vote for your favorite for a chance to win a FitBit!

The nominees for Best Vegetarian Dish on Campus are:

  • Evgefstos – Artichoke Spinach Dip
  • Au Bon Pain – Chipotle Black Bean Burger with Avocado
  • Garden Bistro – Chipotle Chick’n Sandwich (vegan)
  • El Gallo de Oro – Roasted Eggplant and Marinated Vegetable Salad (vegan)
  • The Underground – Kohlrabi Zoodles with Pomodoro Sauce (vegan)
  • Taste of India – Chana Masala (vegan)
  • Tazza D’Oro – Fall Farro Salad (vegan)
