The Underground UG Fruit and Nut Salad Voted Best Salad on CampusOn March 21, 2017, Dining Services hosted its first annual National Nutrition Month Extravaganza, which featured a competition between six of our campus dining vendors for the title of Best Salad on Campus and the coveted Andy Eats Award. Over 200 students, faculty and staff tasted the nominated salads and cast their vote. Ultimately, the Andy Eats Award went to the Underground UG Fruit and Nut Salad.
