Summer Research Opportunities

Psychology research laboratories are continually looking for students to join them year-round and summertime is no exception. We continually update available opportunities on our research page and for Carnegie Mellon University students, often provide tuition scholarship for work done in the Summer.

The Undergraduate Research Office offers a Summer Undergraduate Research Apprenticeship for varying number of units tuition-free for the Summer months.  They also help provide research grants such as SURF and SURG who would like to continue their research studies.  If interested, in either of these options, please contact the Undergraduate Research Office directly.

The Office of the Vice Provost of Education also offers a tuition scholarship, the Undergraduate Summer Internship, for those who qualify.  Look for the Summer Internship Verification Form on their website.
