Preschool Fours Teacher
Anne O'Neill, a Pittsburgh native, is very excited to return to the Children's School for a fifth year after a decade of teaching experience in Chicago. Anne has a two-year old daughter at home named Quinn. Anne is fortunate to see the world through the lens of a parent. Anne infuses this special view into her teaching practice each day at the Children's School. Anne holds a master's degree in education from DePaul University. After earning a master's, she chose to focus on early childhood education and English Language Learners, acquiring additional teaching certificates in these areas. Prior to her focus on teaching, Anne earned a bachelor's degree in sociology/anthropology from Ohio Wesleyan University, and dedicated a year of service at a social service center with Americorps.
In her spare time, Anne enjoys reading and singing with Quinn, practicing yoga, and hiking long trails with her family.
