As part of ongoing Marx@200 series, scholars of transnational studies including Shalini Puri, Susan Andrade, Marian Aguiar, and Paul Eiss  discuss the topic of Marx's role in the politics and culture of so-called "Global South." 

Shakespeare on Film Screening Series 
Every Wednesday, January 21 to May 2
Giant Eagle Auditorium

As part of Professor Stephen Wittek's Shakespeare on film class, members of the CMU community are invited to join for a free weekly screening of films based on the plays of William Shakespeare. Titles range from "Ran" and "Game of Thrones" by Akira Kurosawa to "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead" by Tom Stoppard to "My Own Private Idaho" by Gus Van Sant.
