Current Requirements
VaccinationsAll students, faculty and staff to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster dose when eligible*) and to upload confirmation of booster vaccination status and date of vaccination to the CMU Vaccine Database in HealthConnect.

Facial Coverings and Test Vending Machines
Please note: The FDA has issued extended expiration dates for tests based on data showing that the shelf life is longer than was known when the tests were first authorized. If you received a test kit with a November 2022 expiration date, the FDA has extended the expiration dates on these particular test kits to August 2023.
COVID-19 rapid antigen at-home test kits and KN95 masks will be available in the vending machine located in the Cohon University Center until supplies are depleted.
Using your CMU ID (swipe card), all faculty, staff and students are eligible to vend 1 test kit (1 test in each kit) and 1 package of 2 KN95 masks each week, as supplies are available.
