RESOLVED: Campus Phone System Issues 12/3/2013

The major problem that was causing the random phone service outages on the Oakland Campus has been resolved. According to Verizon, there may still be some phone service problems in the area. Anyone still experiencing a problem with their phone line should contact the Telecom Service Line at 412-268-8500 or email to tcorders@andrew.cmu.edu. We will place a Verizon trouble call for you to get the problem resolved.

If we forwarded your CMU phone line to a cellphone or other working CMU phone number, please call us at 412-268-8500 and we will assist you in unforwarding the line.
