Sunday Email Support Pilot Program

The Computing Services Help Center will offer email support on Sundays, beginning October 7.

“Our Help Center consultants will be available from 9 am to 5 pm to answer emails sent to,” explained Tiffany Frank, Senior Manager of the Computing Services Help Center. “We are always looking for new ways to be responsive to the needs of the campus community.”

The Sunday pilot program will continue through the end of the 2018 fall semester, after which Computing Services will evaluate the usefulness of this support option for university students, faculty and staff.
