Scheduling Between Exchange/Google
Computing Services currently supports the following calendar services
Tips for scheduling between different systems are included below.
- Because you do not have the ability to lookup free/busy status between different systems, you may want to email or call the person to determine their availability.
- Schedule the meeting as you normally would; include the invitee's full email address in the appropriate field.
- The invitee will receive an email notification and an attached .ics file with the meeting details to add to their calendar.
- Optionally, you may choose to add any details of the attendees response to your calendar.
