DETAILS
A Directory Service outage made services dependent upon the Directory unavailable. These services include, but are not limited to, Email, VPN and Unified Communications phones.

The issue was resolved, and all systems have been functional since 10:45 am.  If you experience problems, please report them to the Computing Services Help Center.
