Rain Gardens

The beautiful Rain Gardens outside of the Cohon Center are designed to hold/manage water from a 100-year storm. The gardens act as holding tanks that slowly release rainwater into the city's water table so that the water filtration and sewer systems do not become overwhelmed. Indigenous plants and vegetation thrive in the gardens.

The crated rock formations offer plenty of seating for eating lunch outdoors and community gathering in a serene setting.
