Back-up Responsible Party

In the case of an emergency where the Responsible Party will not be able to attend, or will not be able to be present for the entirety of the event, the Back-Up Responsible Party will attend in his/her place in order to avoid cancellation of the event. The Back-Up Responsible Party has the same responsibilities as the Responsible Party. (Must be a designated “responsible party” under the registration form, must have all three background certifications, must read all documents provided in registration email before event, and must have completed specified mandated reporter and child protection trainings.)
