Bob Tilton Named as a Fellow of the American Chemical Society

Professor Bob Tilton has been named a Fellow of the American Chemical Society. He joins join a class of 192 new ACS Fellows honored at the society's fall national meeting in Boston in August. Prof. Tilton and Prof. Matyjaszewski are the first two CMU faculty named as ACS Fellows. The fellows program began in 2009 to recognize and honor ACS members for their outstanding achievements in and contributions to the science, the profession, and service to the society. This year¹s group members, like the first 163 ACS Fellows named in 2009, represent academe, industry, and government.
