Dennis Prieve wins the 2011 ACS National Award in Colloid & Surface Science

Professor Dennis Prieve will receive the 2011 ACS National Award in Colloid& Surface Science. The ACS awards program is one of the means by which the American Chemical Society meets its obligation to encourage the advancement of chemistry in all its branches, the promotion of research in chemical science and industry, and the improvement of the qualifications and usefulness of chemists. An announcement and vignette of Prof. Prieve will appear in Chemical & Engineering News in early 2011. Prof. Prieve will be honored at the Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, March 29, 2011, in conjunction with the 241st ACS national meeting in Anaheim, Calif.
