Norman J. Wagner elected to National Academy of Engineering

Norman J. Wagner, Robert L. Pigford Professor of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, has been elected to the National Academy of Engineering as part of its Class of 2015. Election to the NAE is widely regarded as the highest honor that can be bestowed on an engineer in the U.S. Norm is the fifth of our current active and emeritus faculty to be elected to the NAE. His record of accomplishment is appreciable in almost every conceivable category of professional activity: experimental, theoretical and computational research; scholarship, education and mentoring; invention and entrepreneurship; and academic and professional leadership.
