Professorship Chairs Presented to Three CFA Faculty

Three faculty members in the Carnegie Mellon University College of Fine Arts were awarded professorship chairs this week. We extend heartfelt congratulations to:

• Nancy Galbraith, School of Music,who received the Vira I. Heinz Professorship in Music
• Stefan Gruber, School of Architecture, who received the Lucian Caste, A 1950, and Rita E. Caste, HA 1990, Career Development Professorship in Architecture and Urban Design
• Devan Shimoyama, School of Art, who received the Cooper-Siegel Professorship in Art
