Pre-College Refund Policy

The School of Music Pre-College Refund Policy is as follows:

The School of Music Pre-College reserves the right to withdraw students from specific courses and ensembles due to class size, scheduling conflicts or inappropriate student skill or behavior. The class schedule is subject to change. Arrangements may be made for School of Music students who require a refund due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts.  These refunds must be arranged through the office of the Director, School of Music Pre-College.

Refund Policy for full withdrawal from the program or for dropped electives that required an additional fee:

Our Refund Policy is as follows: 

Refund: 
Date of Request Received:
75% of Program Cost May 1st – 11th
50% of Program Cost May 12th – 21st
25% of Program Cost May 22nd – May 31st
No refund given On or after June 1st

Please note that students who are expelled will not receive a refund. 

Arrangements will be made for School of Music students who require a refund due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts.  These refunds must be arranged through the office of the Director, School of Music Pre-College.

Note: All refund checks will be mailed on August 31st.
