Wang Awarded Anchor QEA Scholarship
Earlier this year PhD student Yuxin Wang was awarded a competitive graduate student scholarship from Anchor QEA to support her academic and research studies. Yuxin’s research focuses on sampling strategies for drinking water quality assessment.  She is advised by Professor Jeanne VanBriesen

The scholarship fund was established to promote and support graduate students whose studies are in geology, planning and land use, landscape architecture, fisheries, and coastal, geotechnical, or environmental engineering—all with an aquatic or waterfront emphasis. Anchor QEA is a nationwide environmental science and engineering consulting firm whose expertise and focus is aquatic-based remediation, waterfront development projects, sediment management, environmental review, natural resources, the investigation and remediation of pollution problems in natural systems, and waterway, coastal, and geotechnical engineering.
