Dayal Receives Eshelby-UH Mechanics Award for Young Faculty
Assistant Professor Kaushik Dayal recently accepted the Eshelby-UH Mechanics Award for Young Faculty. This newly established award is given annually to rapidly emerging junior faculty who exemplify the creative use and development of mechanics. Dayal received his award at the Applied Mechanics Division (AMD) dinner at the ASME 2013 International Mechanical Engineering Congress & Exposition in San Diego.
