The department has several meeting spaces that you can use for your group meetings. Please contact Marilù Lundeen to reserve meeting spaces within the department.

CEE Conference Room

Location: Porter Hall A7E
Occupancy: 26 maximum

Conference room set up with a round table seating 26.

  • Two whiteboards
  • Wide-Screen Projector (PC and Mac)
  • DVD/VHS Player
  • Wireless Speakerphone
  • Small set up for refreshments with bar style sink, refrigerator and countertop. 

CEE Thesis Room

Occupancy: 4 maximum

Conference room set up with seating for up to 4 people. This room houses the department’s collection of PhD theses.

Porter Hall Masters' Suite

Location: Porter Hall 107C

Occupancy: 16 


The 107C Graduate quiet study space is located on the first floor of Porter Hall, near the Tung Au Lab.

The lab is equipped with 3 workstations: each workstation consists of a Dell Precision Windows 7 64-bit machine, 30” Monitor and a basic suite of common Engineering Academic software, including:

  • MS Office
  • Matlab
  • Mathematica
  • Autodesk

Wean Hall Masters' Suite

The Wean 3503 Graduate quiet study space is located on the 3rd floor of Wean Hall, opposite the elevators.

The lab is equipped with 5 workstations: each workstation consists of a Dell Precision Windows 7 64-bit machine, 30” Monitor and a basic suite of common Engineering Academic software, including:

  • MS Office
  • Matlab
  • Mathematica
  • Autodesk
  • MathCAD
