Energy Virtual Career Fair
March 23rd, 2-5 p.m. ET
This event is in partnership with Carnegie Mellon University’s Energy Week, the Energy Science Technology & Policy Program, and the University of Pittsburgh.
The career fair is tailored to employers in the energy sector who are interested in recruiting students for internships or full-time opportunities. Students from all majors are able to attend, but one thing is certain, they are all passionate about working within the energy sector.
Registration is NOW OPEN in Handshake! Online registrations will be taken until the date listed below. Once online registration has closed, please email Janet Vojtash at email@example.com and registrations will be taken if room is available.

Virtual Platform & What is Included:
The CMU CPDC is excited to partner with Handshake to run career fairs in a virtual format.
Upon registration, we’ll review the details you submitted for approval. At our virtual event, you’ll be able to engage with students in a variety of formats, including:
- Video, audio, and chat communication with students
- Group meetings with up to fifty students
- 1:1 meetings scheduled in advance or after a group session
- By sharing your values and documentation with students ahead of time
Note: During registration, you’ll be asked to share the number of representatives who plan to attend the fair—up to 100 representatives per employer are able to participate in the fair. Each representative you register will be able to create their own unique schedule to engage with students later this summer. Student Registration & Session Signup Starts:
Wednesday, March 9th at 12 p.m. ET
Cancellations must be emailed to Janet Vojtash at firstname.lastname@example.org on or before March 20, 2022, for a full refund. Cancellation requests after March 20th for event registration fee will not be refunded. All unpaid registration fees are due upon cancellation.
Career Fair "no-shows" are responsible for their entire registration fee and are not eligible to roll the registration package over to another event. To avoid being considered a no-show, please email email@example.com and cancel no later than March 20, 2022. All unpaid registration fees are due immediately.
