This exciting career fair will bring together arts, business, computer science, engineering, humanities, and science students in one location. Employers from all industries looking to fill numerous and varied roles are encouraged to attend EncompassCMU. It is truly a career fair for everyone!

Registrations are now open on Handshake. Online registrations will be taken until the dates listed below. Once online registration has closed, please call Janet Vojtash at 412-268-7051 and registrations will be taken if room is available.EncompassCMU Registration Fee:
$950 through January 23
$1000 January 24 – January 30
$475 through January 23 for organizations with less than 100 employees
$500 January 24 – January 30 for organizations with less than 100 employees
What is Included:
One 6' skirted table in an 8' x 8' event space, two chairs, pipe-and-drape, electrical outlet, wireless internet connection, up to four (4) representatives per event space, lunch voucher for each registered representative, and one parking access code per company.
EncompassCMU Goes Green
The CPDC is dedicated to the University wide Scotty Goes Green initiative. As part of this effort, we ask that all EncompassCMU employers limit giveaways to those items that are practical and usable. These might include: candy, chapsticks, hand sanitizer, notebooks, pens, USB sticks.
Please join us in taking steps towards a more sustainable future for us all!
Company display/banner dimensions for EncompassCMU cannot exceed 8’ high x 6’ wide. Contact Janet Vojtash if your display/banner exceeds these requirements. Although not guaranteed, every effort will be made for those employers who have displays/banners that go beyond the stated dimensions.
Cancellations must be emailed to Janet Vojtash at firstname.lastname@example.org on or before January 23, 2018 for a full refund. Cancellation requests after January 23 for event registration, additional representative fees, and/or interview table(s) will not be refunded under any circumstances.
If you register, but do not attend the event, you are not entitled to transfers or refunds at any time. No-shows forfeit their entire registration fee and materials, and are not eligible to roll the registration package over to another event.

Warehouse Receiving: Monday, January 8 – Wednesday, January 31
- Late to Warehouse: Thursday, February 1 & Friday, February 2
- Late Transfer to Show Site: Monday, February 5
- Your registration includes the material handling fee for one (1) package from Stetson's warehouse to the career fair
- Stetson will apply a material handling fee of $60 for each additional package after the first
- A late fee of an additional $25 will apply to all packages received at Stetson's warehouse on or after February 1-2
- Please be advised that Stetson will apply a late warehouse fee of an additional $25, late handling fee of an additional $60 and a late transfer fee of $50 to all packages received on February 5-7.
Note: Do not ship materials to Carnegie Mellon University. All career fair materials must be shipped to Stetson Convention Services. For your convenience, an Exhibitor Packet containing shipping address labels will be provided.
If you choose to use another means of shipping other than FedEx or UPS, please make those arrangements prior to the event day. You must call your carrier directly and request pickup from Carnegie Mellon University - Wiegand Gym. Materials may be picked up between 5:15 pm and 6:00 pm on the day of the event at:

Please include a return shipping label with your materials so that they can be sent back to your company. FedEx and UPS will be on hand to take deliveries. If you use a carrier other than FedEx and UPS, please call your carrier directly for your package pickup as listed above.
